The 42” height of these low bunk beds for kids puts them much closer to the ground than a traditional loft design would. That is good for smaller, younger children, who might be afraid of the full height of a regular sized bunk bed. That extra space is then put to good use, with every useable surface covered in a plethora of handy storage options.

Our Donco low loft beds for kids are made using real MDF (medium density fiberboard) that is specially constructed to have the hardness of solid wood, with special paint retention properties that help maintain the clarity of the surface coat over time. This is combined with real metal on metal connectors to allow these kids loft beds to exceed all ASTM standards for bunk safety and reliability.

These bunk beds feature a three dresser drawer built into the frame, as well as a full book case set along the front edge of the piece. The drawers measure a luxurious 15”x18”x5” in size, and roll out on smooth european gliders. There is also a full desk that pulls out of the side, with a second book case built into its front. This provides you with an all in one solution for a little students bed and storage needs.
